REAL 5 STAR SERVICE!
I telephoned in the morning to arrange a viewing and was able to go the same afternoon. The car was exactly as described and very fairly priced. It was presented for viewing in a well lit indoor facility, ideal for the purpose. The documentation confirming service history was also presented there for inspection. I was allowed an unaccompanied test drive, following which I agreed to buy and paid a deposit. Barry phoned the next morning to arrange a handover date.. I was able to pay the balance on line and be able to collect the car that day.. Barry then went the extra mile and offered to pick me up at home to collect the car! , I drove away in my new car within 24 hours of first seeing it! Real 5 Star service!

Fantastic Experience As Usual
This is my second vehicle purchase from Roy Humphrey Prestige Cars and had the pleasure of dealing with Barry. From the start Barry was attentive, precise, and helped me all the way from having a test drive of the vehicle to filling it with fuel after everything was completed. My experience of buying my new car from Roy Humphrey was first class, Ellis greeted us and made the process so easy and couldn't have been more friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My car looked perfect when we arrived to collect and was waiting in a lovely showroom ready for me to drive away. I also have peace of mind with the 6 months warranty provided by the company. A bitter sweet story. I was accommodated at Roy Humphries where the service could only be described as excellent. Met by Ellis who was the sales executive, she was knowledgable, professional and faultless in the execution of her job, the whole experience was very enjoyable and relaxing (something that I don't ever think I have said about interacting with car sales teams). Unfortunately I lost out on the car through not taking Ellis's advice (thinking I would come in with a lower offer) but this didn't detract from the experience or recognising excellence when I see it. I found Oliver Humphrey very polite & professional, we traded in convertible for which the trade in price was fair. We purchased a second hand van that was perfect for our requirements as it was fitted with a wheelchair ramp. Oliver was very helpful in finding out whether we would be exempt from paying VAT, for which he was prepared with all the relevant paperwork that needed to be completed. The handover was handled efficiently, my own criticism was the vehicle was not valeted, however this did not affect our overall experience and I would have no issues in recommending Roy Humphrey Car & Commercial.

The salesman my partner first spoke with was very helpful and gave me a good deal. The salesman I dealt with on the day of purchase was perfect. He made us feel at ease. The whole process was seamless and I'm delighted with my new motor. A very long journey at 1000 mile round trip but would do it again to get that kind of service. Full tank of fuel in my new motor which was an amazing bonus. Never had that before. Can't thank both salesmen enough they were brilliant.
